1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

1.2 Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

1.3 Perishable goods, including fresh produce, cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

2.2 Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

2.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

3.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

4.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
